At KUERU by Yarivelisse Cortés, every item is created with care. Many of our products are made to order, while others are handmade in small batches. Because of the unique nature of our products, each  piece is crafted or produced specifically for our customers.

No returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and monitor settings.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label so we can review your request. Claims that do  not include sufficient evidence may be denied.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. KUERU reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a claim is valid and what, if any, resolution will be offered.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
